Hi! I'm Meaghan,
As a former semi-professional soccer player, soccer coach and pilates instructor, I have witnessed first hand what the human body is capable of achieving.
After my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from St. Francis Xavier University (go X!).

After A true lifelong learner, I've continued to build my skills and certifications in fitness, nutrition and manual therapy.
I find fulfilment in helping my clients decrease daily pain and increase the active range of motion in their joints. I work with people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and fitness goals and I know that everyone can benefit from improved mobility.
What I'm most proud of:
Representing Canada in women's soccer at the World University Games in Gwanju, South Korea.
What I do with my spare time:
Train my German Shepherd dog, Thatcher.
Spend time with my family exploring outdoors at the cottage.
